Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing the IT landscape, ensuring seamless integration and compliance with industry standards and security measures within the Medlog division. This involves planning and leading the implementation of technology and transversal projects that develop and run our new global Information System.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define the overall IT strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of current or proposed IT solutions, identifying gaps, risks and recommending improvements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional IT teams to drive the development of a robust and scalable IT architecture to support current and future business needs.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field, preferably with a Master's degree. With at least 10 years' experience in a similar position, particularly in the Air Cargo industry, you should have strong knowledge of IT architectures, systems integration and software development methodologies.

  • Strong project management skills, including leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across different departments in a multicultural setting.
  • Ability to think strategically, establish clear direction and implement plans effectively.
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary of €70,000 - €90,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. The estimated total compensation package is approximately €80,000 - €110,000 per year, considering additional benefits and perks.
