Role Overview
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in Transfer Pricing, gained in a tax advisory or consulting firm. A Bachelor's degree in economics or finance is required, while a Master's degree is a plus. Strong technical skills and a desire to develop further are essential for this role.
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare benchmarking analyses and Transfer Pricing reports
- Identify and anticipate possible problem areas, measure and manage potential risks
- Deliver projects, ensuring technical excellence and a practical/business-driven approach
- Manage administrative processes, including KYC, code opening, billing, and Sales Force updates
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and provide high levels of account support
- Contribute to winning new work by proactively managing existing clients
Requirements
- Bachelor's in economics/business administration/finance
- Master's in economics/finance/business administration (plus)
- Advanced level of English; Italian not required but desirable
- A second European language is also desirable
- 1-2 years of Transfer Pricing experience in a tax advisory/consulting firm

About You
You will be a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be essential in this role. You must have a strong understanding of Transfer Pricing regulations and tax rules, as well as experience in identification of intercompany transactions, benchmarking analysis, and preparing Transfer Pricing documentation.
