About the Role

As a seasoned Project Director at Linesight, you will lead the coordination of data center campus development projects from Due Diligence and Master Planning through to execution, delivery, and close-out. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing Project Execution Plans that align with client requirements, including communication plans and key events. You will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction at every stage of the project, resolving issues as required, and advocating for elevating our project management capabilities through standardization and automation across Linesight Data Centre projects. Additionally, you will coach, mentor, and train the wider team on continuous improvement techniques and standard methods for reporting results. Your role will also involve robust project governance, risk review, and mitigation, as well as assisting in the preparation of RFP & SOW documentation for key project stakeholders. Furthermore, you will drive the development and management of Program Level reporting on project statuses relating to Schedule, Budget, Safety, and Project Risk. You will also support bidding on new service requests, attending and leading engaging presentations to prospective new clients, and assist with the recruitment process to deliver commissions and grow the business in line with the regional plan.

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in data center or mission-critical greenfield project delivery, with increasing levels of leadership and people management. English language fluency is essential, and Spanish language fluency is desirable. A degree or comparable experience in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or another construction-related discipline is required. Additionally, experience in Hyperscale Data Center or large-scale industrial/mission-critical experience is essential. PMP and LEED AP qualifications or the path to completing them is also desirable.
