As the Affiliate and Performance Marketing Specialist for the Italian market, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing a diverse portfolio of affiliates, with a focus on driving performance and revenue growth for Bitpanda. In this role, you will act as the main point of contact for affiliates in Italy, tailoring strategies to suit local market dynamics while aligning with Bitpanda's global objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Own the affiliate optimisation strategy, budget and implementation across all types of affiliate partners for the Italian market">
  • Support the wider Performance Marketing team in delivering their performance objectives and ROI targets">
  • Grow Bitpanda's presence across affiliates, as well as conversion and revenue contribution through smart expansion strategies">
  • Work cross-functionally with the Italian country, analytics, product and creative teams to develop optimal campaigns">
  • Analyse campaign performance and identify new optimisation and growth levers">

Requirements:

We're looking for someone with 3+ years of experience in affiliate and performance marketing with a focus on both optimisation of existing campaigns as well as building new ones. Fluency in both Italian and English is essential to connect easily with different types of people, stakeholders and partners. A proven track record in building sustainable revenue growth in affiliate and/or performance marketing is required. Additionally, detail oriented individuals who can notice when an affiliate has amended previously agreed content or site positioning are ideal candidates. Background in management of partnership platforms such as Impact Radius is a plus.
