We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Production Assistant to join our dynamic team at SENT Entertainment. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in supporting our TV production shoots, gathering essential soundbytes, and managing footage and audio files.

1. Assist with Production Shoots

• Support the production team during shoots, ensuring that all necessary equipment is set up and operational.
• Handle on-site logistics and provide general assistance to ensure smooth and efficient shoot operations.

• Conduct field production using an iPhone, gimbal, microphone, and other production gear to capture high-quality soundbytes.
• Collaborate with the production team to identify key moments and interviews to feature in TV shows.

• Transfer captured footage and audio files to our server on a daily basis, ensuring that all data is accurately uploaded and securely stored.
• Organize and manage the footage and audio files on the server, maintaining an efficient filing system for easy access and retrieval.
• Work closely with editors and producers to ensure that all content is properly labeled and categorized.

• Basic understanding of video and audio production equipment, including iPhones, gimbals, and microphones.
• Familiarity with file management and organizational tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing production needs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required by production schedules.
