Key Responsibilities:

  • Support order fulfillment and tracking processes
  • Receive and inspect goods, ensuring quality and quantity match authorized orders
  • Enter warehouse orders into the system and monitor stock levels
  • Conduct inventory monitoring to determine supply needs and maintain proper storage
  • Verify temperatures, cleanliness, and product rotation in reception, work, and storage areas
  • Issue warehouse releases to departments upon request and validate
  • Supply departments with products, ensuring proper rotation
  • Assist in business unit inventories

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar position in Hospitality, Tourism, or GDO
  • Fluent in Italian and very good in English
  • Flexibility
