As a Future Cruise Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling future cruises on board to ensure set target achievement in terms of total pax and net revenues fixed month by month.
Key Activities- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase bookings and revenue.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and respond to their inquiries and needs.
- Participate in onboard events, excursions, and gala events to build relationships with guests and promote sales.
- Lead presentations about cruise products and itineraries to guests.
- Support ship visits organized by travel agents when requested.
- Complete back-office activities such as booking management.
- Completion of secondary school.
- Experience in sales and/or customer care, with a background in tourism being a plus.
- Good command of the English language at least at B2 level and Spanish or French or German at B2 level.
- Availability to live and work on a cruise ship for the contract period of 5 months, working 7 days a week.
