The role is accountable for ensuring the successful implementation of the Continuous Improvement Program, which aims to identify and implement site-specific projects aligned with the company's overall strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Head of Process Improvement, Plant Director, and project teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase overall operations performance.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to develop and train employees on CI methodology and tools, promoting the diffusion of specific skills and knowledge within the company.
• Collect and analyze industrial performance data to execute benchmark activities, identify best practices, and define internal improvement actions.
• Contribute to the creation and management of the continuous improvement dashboard for reporting to the steering committee.
• Support the development of functional areas, facilitating communication and training activities.
• Ensure the knowledge diffusion of necessary IT tools according to plant necessities and consistently with the MIB project guidelines.

Requirements

• Master of Science or equivalent degree in Engineering.
• Fluency in Italian and English is a must.
• High level of autonomy, proactivity, and engagement.
• Team orientation and good relational skills.
