As a prominent player in Wealth Management solutions, Prometeia is seeking a qualified individual to enhance the Training & Change Management division.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Crafting tailored change management and training programs
  • Developing projects related to business network dynamics, due diligence, strategic planning, financial forecasting, credit processes, and organizational management
  • Creating and executing specialized initiatives to facilitate organizational transitions, the introduction of new products and processes, and professional training
  • Conducting training sessions, whether as part of internship initiatives or as a facilitator in change management, strategy, or workshop settings
  • Designing and overseeing role enablement initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Master's degree with outstanding academic performance in economics, finance, or marketing
  • A minimum of one year of experience in consulting firms or banking institutions, focusing on multi-disciplinary strategic planning projects
  • Experience in developing knowledge management systems and participation in digital solution implementations is preferred
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Organizational and analytical capabilities, with proficient time management
  • Proficient in English; knowledge of an additional foreign language is advantageous
