Job Description

As an International Business Support Specialist at Irca Group, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the best support for our clients in foreign markets. Your primary responsibility will be to manage all processes from pre to post sales, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service.

Main Activities/Responsibilities:
  • Orders Management: Coordinate and execute orders efficiently to meet customer expectations.
  • Complaint and Returns Management: Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Credit Notes: Process and manage credit notes accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Price List Updates: Maintain up-to-date price lists to ensure seamless order processing.
  • Contact with Clients: Build and maintain high-quality relationships with clients through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Contact with Foreign Colleagues: Collaborate with international colleagues to support foreign orders and requests.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Educational Background: A degree in foreign languages and/or economics is preferred.
  • Professional Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent time management, and proficiency in client management and order management are essential.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in productive industries, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory, with a second language knowledge being a plus.
  • IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with main IT tools.
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adaptability, teamwork, and willingness to work in an international context.
Estimated Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is around €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. This figure is based on industry standards and takes into account the company's growth prospects and employee benefits.
