At Villanova University, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Campus Recruiter - Assistant Coach to join our team. As a key member of the Football department, you will play a critical role in supporting the coaching staff with various tasks.

Job Summary:

The Campus Recruiter - Assistant Coach will be responsible for assisting with official and unofficial visits, as well as camp and game day activities. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with coordination of game day activities, including set-up and tear-down of equipment
  • Help maintain accurate records of student-athlete visitations and activities
  • Provide general administrative support to the coaching staff
  • Assist with the development and implementation of recruitment strategies

Requirements:

  • Must be an enrolled Villanova student
  • Demonstrated excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
