About the Role

Key Responsibilities



  • Direct interlocutor with customers for project monitoring and risk management
  • Consulting on construction projects, monitoring, and proposal development from a technical, economic, quality, and health and safety perspective
  • Undertake feasibility studies (technical, economic, and planning) of projects and works
  • Work planning and coordination of multidisciplinary teams and long-lead equipment
  • OFCI management or supervision
  • PMP elaboration and definition of project strategies
  • Development of procurement and purchasing strategies, as well as management of project and/or construction packages
  • Suppliers selection and customer presentation
  • Preparation of technical dossiers for tenders, reception of offers, realization of comparative analyses, and issuance of award recommendations
  • Organization of regular work monitoring meetings
  • Management and moderation of meetings
  • Preparation of meeting minutes and periodic reports
  • Cost control, planning, change orders, and billing follow-up
  • Management and control of the commissioning of work and facilities

Requirements



  • Degree in industrial engineering and specialty electrical installations, mechanical, or similar
  • Experience in design and construction management of Critical Infrastructures like Hospitals or Data Centers (5MW minimum) for at least 4 years
  • 10-year experience in the construction sector (projects and works)
  • Essential knowledge of laws and regulations related to installations (mechanical, electric, water, ...)
  • Analysis capacity for risk detection or failure points, as well as the ability to search and propose solutions
  • Leadership capacity to achieve objectives and milestone compliance
  • Collaborative and team worker
  • Good communication and management skills of multidisciplinary work teams
  • Experience in dealing with customers for reporting and decision-making
  • Essential good level of spoken and written English and Italian
  • Good level of use of Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, Project/Primavera, TCQ/Presto, BIM 360
  • Experience in companies with hierarchical structures and internal procedures
  • Organized in the analysis, structured in the reporting, and transmission of information, with criteria in the conclusions and prioritization of needs
