Job Description:

Overview

The Mission Management System division is tasked with the design, development, and qualification of systems and subsystems essential for the management, control, and monitoring of mission system sensors and equipment, including but not limited to Radar, EO/IR, Data Link, Armament, EWS, DMG, Mission Console, OPLS, MPDLS, Real-Time Video Streaming, and Defensive Aids Suite, applicable to both military and civilian sectors.
The primary responsibilities include:
- Defining subsystem requirements based on customer specifications and initial architectural design.
- Developing program plans, tracking progress, and resource management.
- Software requirements gathering, design, development, integration, and validation of mission management software operating on real-time avionic systems;
- Managing software configuration control;
- Overseeing software release processes;
- Providing support during flight trials.

Key responsibilities encompass the coordination, organization, and execution of the following tasks by team members:

• Analyzing input requirements from both internal (i.e., system specifications) and external sources (contractual obligations), collaborating with end customers, other departments, and suppliers to generate mission software requirements.

• Identifying design solutions that align with project guidelines (budget, timelines, constraints, etc.);

• Timely implementation of the proposed designs;

• Planning, tracking, and monitoring program execution while identifying necessary corrective actions;

• Collaborating with various internal departments (System Engineering, CPE, FTE, Pilots, Procurement, etc.), customers, and external suppliers.

• Managing and leading external personnel.

In summary, the candidate for this position will be fully accountable for delivering the assigned Mission Management System within the stipulated time, budget, and quality standards.

Requirements

- Degree in a technical discipline: Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Information Engineering;

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Avionic System/Subsystem Design and Development;

- Proficient in Windows and Linux operating systems, with advanced skills in Linux;

- Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming and C++ language;

- Experience in planning, monitoring, and reporting on complex projects and programs;

- Leadership skills;

- Proactive mindset;

- Proficient in English;

- Decision-making capabilities in complex and uncertain design and development contexts;

Desirable Qualifications:

- Experience in software development and software verification and validation with reference to DO-178C.
