Talent Solution, part of Manpower Group, is seeking a detail-oriented individual for the role of Global Supply Planning Specialist. This position will be based in Florence and will involve working with a pharmaceutical client.
Main Responsibilities:- Attend monthly Supply Review Meetings to assess the feasibility of the 12-month plan;
- Support Capacity Planning cycles for all sites;
- Ensure the feasibility of production plans for each site through regular communication with Supply Chain colleagues;
- Manage Capacity Planning cycles, addressing capacity scenarios and identifying potential constraints;
- Support Customer Service and Service Level processes, ensuring adherence to company procedures;
- Monitor and manage KPIs related to Service Level.
- Manage supply planning system data to ensure an effective process.
- Collaborate with production management to allocate products efficiently and support the investment strategy;
- Work effectively in cross-functional teams to develop optimal solutions.
- Master degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent;
- Proven 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing schedule planning;
- Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel) and good knowledge of SAP;
- APICS, CPIM or other planning related certification preferred;
- Fluent in English.
The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be versatile, and reliable. They will also have a strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices.
