Key Responsibilities:

* Project management: Oversee projects related to the introduction of new polymer materials and technologies.
* Knowledge management: Collect and organize technical knowledge to facilitate technology transfer and know-how sharing across departments.
* Plastic processing: Support developments on state-of-the-art plastic processing technologies, such as injection molding and extrusion.
* Polymer testing: Analyze and study the properties of polymers through experimental data, contributing to research and development projects.

Requirements:

* Mandatory Educational Background in Materials Engineering or Material Science, PhD highly valued.
* Previous experience in polymer characterization, injection molding, mold design, and material selection.
* Previous experience in a manufacturing company within the plastic industry.
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Good communication skills to independently engage collaborators.
* Fluent in English and Italian.
