Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily laboratory activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Plan and coordinate testing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Train and develop laboratory staff to ensure appropriate technical skills.
- Collaborate with business development to identify new business opportunities and manage historical customers.
- Implement and manage quality control systems to ensure high standards.
Requirements:
- Postgraduate experience in building materials and testing for at least ten years.
- Specific experience and expertise in physical-mechanical characteristics of building materials, experimental procedures, national and international reference standards, and operation of machinery and equipment.
- Documented curriculum vitae, qualification, and professional experience.
Availability:
20% of the time for travel and on-site activities.
