Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Agrivoltaic Coordinator to join our team in Rome/Milan. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for leading agrivoltaic topics within the company.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the agricultural development of projects, working closely with the Business Development Managers and supporting the Development Project Manager team.
  • Supporting the feasibility check of lands proposed for agrivoltaic project development.
  • Defining the potential of agricultural projects and their value, considering Italian regulation guidelines.
  • Designing, developing, and signing agronomic studies for projects.
  • Supporting the team in applying for tenders in the agrivoltaic sector.
  • Identifying and managing all parties involved in agrivoltaic project studies, negotiating and implementing agricultural partnerships.
  • Collecting and analyzing agronomic constraints on each project from local stakeholders.
  • Translating agronomic constraints into technical specifications for PV generator sizing.
  • Conducting agro-economic analysis of the agricultural component of projects.
  • Monitoring the implementation of the agricultural component during the construction and operation phases.
  • Developing and maintaining a network of partners within various agricultural organizations and suppliers.
  • Monitoring and following up on scientific publications, regulatory frameworks, and feedback on agrivoltaic projects.
  • Collecting and managing data with sensitivity analysis of agrivoltaic projects.

You will report to the Head of Project Development North Italy.

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Agronomist with:

  • A Master's degree from an agricultural university.
  • At least 2 years' experience in agrivoltaic development, including experience in crop selection, land evaluation, and soil analysis.
  • Collaboration with agricultural companies.
  • Registration with the Order of Agronomists Professionals.
  • Familiarity with Italian regulations and the technical and economic environment specific to this activity.

You should be proficient in English and have a valid driving license, as this position involves some travel.
