About the RoleAs a Chef de Rang, you will be the ambassador of our brand, ensuring that every guest receives exceptional service and has a memorable dining experience. You will work closely with the Commis de Rang team, providing guidance and support to deliver outstanding results.
Main Duties & Responsibilities- Deliver restaurant service according to our established standards and procedures, ensuring a tailored culinary experience for each guest.
- Collaborate with the Commis de Rang during service, providing expertise and support as needed.
- Develop and maintain a personalized relationship with guests, fostering loyalty and encouraging repeat business.
- Take ownership of the cleanliness and tidiness of the restaurant, upholding the highest standards of presentation and hygiene.
- Contribute to the achievement of economic targets through your extensive knowledge of the culinary offer and expert recommendations.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury hotels and restaurants.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Valid HACCP certification.
- Familiarity with F&B management software.
