Job Summary: As a Site HR Support Trainee, you will be responsible for implementing human resource management policies and strategies, supporting managers and employees across the business in all HR matters, and driving employee engagement programs.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation of human resource management policies and strategies;
- Supporting Managers and Employees across the business in all HR matters;
- Driving employee engagement programs;
- Keeping HRIS system up to date;
- Coordination of HR projects for specified area of activity;
- Headcount management with the Heads of the Departments;
- Management of well-being initiatives;
- Define training priorities and implement training plan;
- Follow-up of employees management KPIs.
Requirements:
- Courage to face tasks and challenges;
- Experience in building teams;
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills;
- Passion for social media.
