Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager Trainee. This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment.

About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store. You will work closely with the team to achieve sales targets, manage stock levels, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Manager in the management of the store, including sales, stock, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage stock levels, including ordering and receiving stock.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues.
  • Work closely with the team to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong passion for retail and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of retail operations and stock management.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
