Simulation Analyst

Overview: At Kion Group, we're seeking a skilled Simulation Analyst to join our team. This exciting role involves implementing and configuring computer-based material handling simulation models to optimize complex system solutions.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000, depending on experience.

Job Description: As a Simulation Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in project success by validating required throughput and verifying concepts and strategies. Key responsibilities include supporting sales and engineering with computer simulation of automated material handling systems, processing simulation requests, and planning and executing simulation projects with a focus on quality, costs, and schedule.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you'll need an academic degree in engineering, mathematics, technology, or science. Strong analytical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with experience in programming and software design. Teamwork, communication, and customer-focused skills are also vital. Fluency in English is mandatory, with Italian language skills being beneficial. Experience in simulation modeling (ideally with AutoMod) and knowledge of intralogistics equipment and solutions are advantageous.
