About the Role

As a Brand Protection Client Delivery Specialist at Corsearch, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality of service to our clients. You will work closely with Client Delivery Managers to deliver exceptional results, utilizing our advanced technology to support your work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the day-to-day management of clients' accounts, building and maintaining close relationships to achieve excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Project analysis and monthly reporting to ensure timely and accurate delivery of results.
  • Coach and train analysts to meet clients' expectations, working independently and effectively with other team members worldwide.
  • Enforce intellectual property infringements, including counterfeits, copyright, trademark, and design infringement.
  • Develop relationships with platforms, hosts, registrars, and other third parties to improve efficiency in dealing with takedown requests.
  • Find new and innovative ways to better protect client interests, performing in-depth investigations and identifying key offenders.
  • Collaborate with Client Managers to ensure the highest quality of service, attending and participating in client meetings.
Requirements
  • Ability to work alone and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent skills in internet tools and basic technology behind the tools (i.e., browser knowledge).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Previous knowledge of Brand Protection or Intellectual Property is highly desirable.
