Ricercato un professionista qualificato: Capo cantiere per importante realtà operante nel settore edile e impiantistico.

Descrizione del lavoro:

  • Organizzazione e gestione delle attività di cantiere: programmazione quotidiana delle attività, ordine dei materiali e attrezzature necessari;
  • Coordinamento delle maestranze: organizzazione, controllo e gestione delle maestranze in forza e subappaltatori;
  • Controllo dei tempi e delle disposizioni: controllo del corretto svolgimento delle attività nel rispetto dei tempi e delle disposizioni ricevute;
  • Gestione dei fornitori e dei sub appaltatori: gestione dei fornitori e dei sub appaltatori;
  • Gestione della documentazione: gestione e conservazione della documentazione obbligatoria di cantiere;
  • Esecuzione di rilievi e tracciamenti: esecuzione di rilievi e tracciamenti;
  • Registrazione delle attività: registrazione dell'attività svolta con la compilazione di rapportini giornalieri e di giornale dei lavori;
  • Verifica della sicurezza: svolgimento delle mansioni di preposto per gli aspetti della sicurezza verificandone la messa in atto;

Requisiti:

  • Capacità tecnologica: capacità di utilizzo di AutoCAD, pacchetto office ed Outlook;
  • Esperienza professionale: precedente esperienza di almeno 5 anni in analoga mansione;
  • Certificazioni: certificazioni di formazione in corso di validità per le attività di preposto, utilizzo gru a torre ed utilizzo carrelli semoventi;
  • Abilitazioni: patente B e disponibilità ad operare sui territori di riferimento anche in reperibilità;
