At Amazon, we are seeking an Operations Manager to join our team in Customer Fulfillment. As a key member of our logistics operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining safety standards within your team and across the site.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analysing and implementing corrective actions to ensure quality and productivity at consistently high levels
- SUPPORTING AND LEADING A TEAM AND HANDLING ADMINISTRATIVE WORK ALONGSIDE BUILDING AND SUPPORTING A STRONG TEAM CULTURE
- Collaborating with other managers to standardise shift processes
A day in the life
You'll work shifts and be based at one of our operational sites. Your main focus will be on ensuring efficient processes and monitoring productivity.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and local language
- Experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
