**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automotive Development Engineer to join our team at Bertrandt.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure product quality and development;
- Facilitate communication between departments;
- Develop mechanical components;
- Evaluate production processes and implement improvements;
- Design and modify production processes;
- Prepare production estimates and proposals;
- Participate in improvement plans;
- Analyze and improve production efficiency.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering;
- 3-5 years of experience in the automotive sector;
- Experience in steering and automotive mechanical developments;
- Knowledge of mechanical design and manufacturing of plastic parts;
- Proficiency in CATIA and quality tools;
- Excellent communication and project management skills;
- Fluent Italian and high-level English skills.
