Sustainable Value Chain Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainable Value Chain Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainable value chain strategies for fisheries and aquaculture projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in economics, international development, or a related field, with at least 10 years of experience in project development and management, particularly in the Africa, South America, and Near-east regions.
The Sustainable Value Chain Development Specialist will work closely with country teams to develop robust fisheries and aquaculture improvement strategies, improve economic performance of micro, small, and medium enterprises, and enhance environmental sustainability of selected value chains.
The specialist will also collaborate with consultants and stakeholders to organize workshops, facilitate linkages between stakeholders, and maintain partnerships with country and regional stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in economics, international development, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
