Product Launch Coordinator

As a Junior Product Manager at JR Italy, you will be responsible for the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely and profitable launches that meet marketing specifications. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Defining key product features, sales forecasts, and price positioning according to the brand strategy.
- Analysing trends, competition, and identifying new consumer insights.
- Implementing new launches, including communication, retail products, and follow-up of sales.
- Creating and managing communication campaigns.
- Supporting digital strategies for new launches.
- Analysing competition and new KIKO launches performance to implement strategies and maximize business objectives.
You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure effective implementation of new launches. You will also be responsible for analysing trends and competition to identify new consumer insights.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience in product development, preferably in the food, fashion, or cosmetics industry. A degree or Master's in Economics, Marketing, or Management Engineering is required. Strong leadership skills, analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
