We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced AC Power Trainer to join our team in Bologna, Italy. As a key member of our Academy, you'll design and deliver effective training experiences to Vertiv Customer Engineers, Distributors, and Customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with AC Power and Service & Software Solutions LoBs to agree on training priorities and learning objectives.
- Define and develop training content, working closely with the Global Training team.
- Prepare and update training materials, including online theoretical content, multimedia tools, and practical exercises.
- Deliver training sessions in blended learning formats, including remote self-learning and residential classroom settings.
- Maintain the Training Area and demo units to ensure a high-quality training experience.
- Bachelor's degree in electrical/electrotechnical engineering or diploma/secondary school.
- 3+ years of experience with AC Power products.
- Service experience is preferred.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills, with knowledge of technical language/words used in the relevant product application business.
- Previous experience in delivering training is desirable.
