About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Middle Office GTB Analyst to join our team at Société Générale. As a key member of our corporate banking team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the local Middle Office team in administrative activities related to domestic guarantees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support by building strong relationships with clients and serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Manage the entire process of domestic guarantees, from receipt of client requests to execution and registration.
  • Collaborate with the Legal Department to analyze texts and ensure compliance with internal procedures and credit lines.
  • Perform compliance checks and issue guarantees, notarized as required.
  • Administer amendments, extensions, and book-offs, as well as conduct monthly checks on outstanding guarantees.
  • Coordinate with Back Offices to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
Requirements
  • Degree in Technical Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in Domestic Guarantee and Customer Service.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to the bank's systems and processes.
  • Flexible, autonomous, and responsible team player.
