Job Title: Principal Program Manager Regional IT/IAM Programs

About the Job: As a key member of Microsoft’s Cloud Operations & Innovation (CO+I) team, you will play a critical role in delivering core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft’s dedicated online services.

Key Responsibilities: Managing a team of Senior-level Individual Contributors, leading intellectually capable PMs, and driving datacenter-related operations models. Collaborating across internal groups, external suppliers, and customers to standardize operating procedures and ensure parity between the two.

Requirements: Significant years of industry work experience, experience in developing and implementing programs in Datacenter Operations or related fields, and experience developing and presenting executive-level presentations and reports.

Preferred Qualifications: STEM college degree or certification in IT with equivalent work experience, ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic and high-pressure environment, and experience with Project and Program management in large complex, cross-functional organizations.
