We are seeking a highly skilled and organized HR Administrator to join our team in Berlin. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR Manager and assisting with various HR-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with the preparation of employment contracts, certificates, and other HR documents
- Manage personnel files and maintain accurate records
- Support the HR team with daily tasks and projects
- Prepare statistics and KPI reports
- Coordinate with employees and management to resolve HR-related issues
- Native-level German language skills (C1) and fluent English language skills (B2)
- Relevant education or training in human resources or a related field
- Previous experience in HR administration is an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Up to 30 days of annual leave
- Performance-based, semi-annual bonus
- Monthly meal allowance of up to €100
- Monthly mobility allowance of up to €49

- Hybrid work arrangement with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote work
