Financial Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Coordinator to join our administrative accounting department.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support with financial statement preparation, general ledger management, and treasury activities.
The role will involve:
- Assisting with IFRS reporting and year-end closing activities
- Preparing ITA GAAP financial statements
- Supporting the IFS project for interim financial statements
- Managing treasury activities, including cash flow, cash pooling, and payments
- Coordinating general ledger activities
- Calculating fiscal requirements, including IRES, IRAP, and indirect taxes
- Collaborating with auditors and fiscal advisors
- Working with a team of four to manage active billing, asset accounting, and detective controls
- Participating in the ODV (Supervisory Body) as an internal member
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have a degree in economics and proficiency in MS Office. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of German is an asset.
The successful candidate will possess organizational autonomy, flexibility, initiative, and a willingness to take on responsibility.
