At TripleTen, we're dedicated to empowering students through our focused reskilling programs. As a high-energy partnerships specialist, you'll drive our career services to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize student start rates and time-to-start metrics
- Collaborate closely with the product team and technical support to enhance the student experience
- Utilize HubSpot for accurate documentation of student interactions
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of customer success, support, or client-facing experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (C1 English level)
- Ability to troubleshoot challenges faced by students
- Familiarity with HubSpot and Discord is advantageous
Your Impact:
- Confirm students progress smoothly through the onboarding process
- Address hindrances that may impede students' ability to join the program or access the learning platform
- Maintain close communication with the product team and technical support to discuss ongoing processes and enhance the overall student experience
We Offer:
- Full-time remote collaboration (Mon — Fri, 12 pm — 8 pm Eastern Standard Time)
- $1000 fixed + $130 monthly compensation for KPIs (excluding provider commission)
