Key Responsibilities
- Develop and foster strong customer relationships within your designated area.
- Responsible for enhancing KONE's presence within your client base or market segment.
- Generate and relay leads and sales opportunities for the broader KONE sales team (including cross-selling initiatives).
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing complaints in collaboration with the KONE team.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer and contact information, ensuring data accuracy.
- Accountable for managing leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts to achieve sales targets and pricing objectives.
- Confirm that the order details received from clients align with the outcomes of negotiations, including terms, conditions, quality, and safety standards.
- Ensure a seamless transition to installation, maintenance, and/or engineering teams with complete and accurate information.
- Keep detailed records of opportunities, tasks, and client visits.
- Provide timely and precise reporting.
- Assist the finance department in the collection of payments.
Professional Qualifications
- Proficient in managing customer interactions, delivering presentations, negotiating deals, navigating the tendering process, and overseeing aftersales activities.
- Basic understanding of contractual and financial terms.
- Proficiency in English and IT skills.
- Familiarity with product sales.
The ideal candidate will possess a University Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, demonstrate a strong sales orientation, and thrive in high-pressure environments. Additionally, the candidate should be open to business travel.
