Accounting & Consolidation Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Financial Analysis and Reporting Specialist to join our team in Milan. As an Accounting & Consolidation Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our consolidated financial statements.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the management of the financial consolidation process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of consolidated financial statements.
  • Support the general ledger, including recording, classifying, and reconciling financial transactions.
  • Prepare and present periodic financial reports, ensuring they accurately reflect the company's financial position and operational results.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improving business performance.
  • E nsure compliance with international accounting standards (IFRS or GAAP) and local regulations.
  • Support the implementation and improvement of ERP systems and accounting processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments in the budgeting and forecasting process.

Your Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in Management, Engineering, or a quantitative field (with honors).
  • At least three to five years of experience in Accounting & Finance.
  • Relevant Big 4 experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of Italian and English language.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Financial modeling and reporting, performance measurement, and big data analysis.
  • SAP module knowledge is a plus.

  • A competitive salary of around €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
