Job Purpose and Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our Cybersecurity Group Governance and Foreign Network team to:

  • Ensure the adoption of the cybersecurity model by Intesa Sanpaolo Group companies, as well as monitoring and controlling the budget.
  • Coordinate international CBCM structures at the group level for organizational and technological issues.
  • Monitor cybersecurity and business continuity presidiums, with hierarchical reporting of Information Security Officers for major foreign branches.
  • Govern the cybersecurity and business continuity maturity assessment model.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor work plans in the cybersecurity field for Italian/foreign group companies, coordinating and supporting Information Security Officers to ensure alignment with group strategic objectives.
  • Maintain, develop, and exercise the group's cybersecurity maturity assessment model to ensure constant alignment with the risk scenario and the reference context.
  • Manage group synergies, directing the extension of targeted cybersecurity presidiums towards foreign companies and branches, in collaboration with all local and group competent functions.
  • Analyze to optimize cybersecurity spending and evaluate hypotheses/strategies for cost optimization, ensuring the achievement of high cybersecurity standards for the entire group.
  • Manage, govern, and monitor cybersecurity and BCM spending for Intesa Sanpaolo Group legal entities in all phases of the budget management processes, interacting with local representatives and various group competent functions.
Required Experience

5+ years of experience in the cybersecurity field, preferably in the finance sector, working on governance activities, including economic planning and budgeting.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Competences
  • Excellent knowledge of reference frameworks (e.g., NIST Cybersecurity, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, etc.) and international cybersecurity and business continuity regulations.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent knowledge and proficiency in the Office package (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).

Obtaining certifications in the cybersecurity field, such as CISM, CISSP, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, CSX Fundamentals, is a preferred title.
