About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trainer to join our team in Italy. As a Trainer, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality training programs to our frontline teams, focusing on product knowledge, sales, and management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Delivery: Design and deliver engaging and effective training sessions, both online and in-person, to ensure our teams have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
  • Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify training gaps and develop targeted training programs to address these gaps.
  • Coaching and Development: Provide coaching and development opportunities to our teams to help them grow and achieve their full potential.
  • Training Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in retail and sales, preferably in a branded retail environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
