TeamSystem Group is a leading provider of management and ERP software solutions. We're seeking a skilled Credit Collection Specialist to join our Finance & Administration team.

As a Credit Collection Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring timely payments from debtors. Your duties will include monitoring accounts payable statements, contacting customers with overdue accounts, and documenting debts collected.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the firm's accounts receivable and identify overdue accounts;
  • Contact customers with overdue accounts and attempt to collect the overdue amount or negotiate a payment plan;
  • Use credit bureau data and other tools to locate customers who have moved or changed phone numbers;
  • Maintain records of contacts and attempted contacts with delinquent account customers;
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints concerning billing;
  • Submit regular reports on the status of unpaid accounts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, or related field;
  • Minimum of three years of experience in credit and collection management;
  • Strong knowledge of credit and collection principles and regulations;
  • Strong negotiating skills;
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
