Job Title: Senior VP Business Development - Water Treatment Northern Italy

Our client, a global leader in sustainable UV water treatment solutions, is seeking a Senior VP Business Development to drive strategic relationships with global players in the water market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Building and executing collaborations with global EPCs and integrators in the desalination and industrial world
  • Identifying future developments, both business and technological, relevant for the company
  • Representing the company in committees, forums, and events to promote the value position of the company
  • Scouting international projects and initiatives where the company's technology can be integrated
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience at Director level in the water treatment industry with strategic relationships with global players
  • Deep understanding of the bidding and specing process
  • Familiarity with water treatment innovation and technology adoption
  • Experience in a multinational company
  • Engineering knowledge or degree
  • Fluent in English

This is a hands-on, individual contributor role based in Europe (home office) reporting directly to the CEO. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships in the water treatment industry.
