About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Maintenance Operations Manager to join our Engineering Department in Caronno, Italy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing site maintenance, defining maintenance and calibration plans, and ensuring compliance with EHS and GMP standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and supervise the implementation of maintenance and calibration plans
- Oversee site maintenance, including machinery, utilities, electrical systems, and accessory instruments
- Manage site maintenance hard service contractors, assigning priorities and monitoring costs
- Ensure full alignment with Company methods and procedures, guaranteeing appropriate levels of reliability and availability of all systems, machineries, and equipment
- Manage deviations, tasks, CAPAs, and all GMP impacts related to maintenance areas

About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in maintenance management, preferably in an industrial production environment
- Excellent planning and organizational ability
- Analytical skills and problem-solving mindset
- Fluent English and Italian language skills
- A degree in Engineering, preferably Chemical or Mechanical
