Amplifon, the global leader in the retail hearing care industry, is seeking a talented Senior Tax Specialist to join our Italian team. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our tax strategy and ensuring compliance with international tax regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

Manage the tax report coming from our subsidiaries to consolidate the group ETR, both actual, forecast, and budget view.

Support our countries on their tax reporting activity and track and monitor tax law changes in the countries we operate in.

Identify and evaluate available efficiencies provided by tax law and drive the related implementation where applicable.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Economics or Law.

5 to 10 years of experience in multinational companies or tax consulting firms.

Fluent in English.

Skills and Competencies:

Accuracy, problem-solving, proactivity, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and team working.
