Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to lead our development team in delivering high-quality project work. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development team in applying Agile/Scrum principles to produce high-quality project work
  • Guide and coach the team to higher Agile and Scrum maturity
  • Empower the team to be self-organized while holding them accountable for overall project delivery
  • Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders through excellent communication
  • Plan, monitor, and report progress, performance, budget, quality, and risk

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
  • At least 6 years of overall experience in software development
  • Proven experience in managing a team and/or projects
  • Good project management, people management, and leadership skills
  • Proficient communication skills in English and good presentation skills
