About the Position
We have an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or bachelor/master student to join our Procurement Operations team as a Procurement Expert at the Plasmon Factory in Latina. This role involves working with a high-performing team, collaborating with peers to achieve exceptional results.

Job Responsibilities
This internship will provide you with the chance to be involved in strategic and tactical projects, as well as daily operational activities. As a Procurement Expert, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting daily procurement activities
  • Assisting the team on raw and pack material issues
  • Aiding in the creation of new vendors
  • Addressing invoice pending and contract mistakes
  • Contributing to project development through procurement prospecting

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
  • Strong communication skills, particularly with other functions
  • EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included)
  • Master/Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering
  • Strong MS Office skills, with expertise in Excel
  • Knowledge of analytic tools and basic programming skills
  • Fluency in English and Italian
