Descrizione del Lavoro

La nostra azienda, Engineering Ingegneria Informatica S.p.A., è alla ricerca di un Sviluppatore di Software appassionato e competente per unirsi al nostro team di Back-End nell'ambito della Digital Experience.

Il tuo obiettivo sarà creare soluzioni innovative multicanale e cross-mercato, lavorando a stretto contatto con i nostri Solution Designer e specialisti UI/UX. Avrai la responsabilità di sviluppare componenti di Back-End che rispondano perfettamente alle necessità dei nostri clienti, seguendo le migliori pratiche del settore.

Compiti e Responsabilità
  • Partecipare attivamente a tutte le fasi del ciclo di vita delle web app, dalla concezione alla realizzazione, fino al rilascio e all'evoluzione continua, collaborando strettamente con il team per assicurare soluzioni di alta qualità.
  • Collaborare in autonomia e coordinarsi con il team leader e i colleghi, acquisendo progressivamente le competenze necessarie per gestire e guidare gruppi di lavoro su progetti ambiziosi.
  • Interfacciarsi con il team di progettazione di business per definire e implementare tutti i flussi applicativi che eccedano le aspettative dei clienti, rispettando i vincoli tecnici e funzionali dei progetti.
  • Condividere conoscenze ed apprendere dai colleghi, partecipando a eventi formativi e sessioni di scouting, per contribuire alla crescita continua e allo sviluppo delle competenze all'interno del team.
Qualifiche e Competenze Richieste
  • Laurea triennale o magistrale in discipline STEM;
  • Esperienza di almeno 3 anni in attività di sviluppo sulle tecnologie richieste;
  • Esperienza pratica Java Standard Edition, Java Enterprise Edition;
  • Conoscenza del protocollo di rete HTTP/s;
  • Conoscenza dei framework Spring e SpringBoot;
  • Conoscenza dei framework di mappatura SQL e O/R e della programmazione orientata agli oggetti;
  • Conoscenza e capacità di utilizzo di sistemi di gestione del software project lifecycle (Jira, Testlink, Jenkins) e versioning del codice (Git, SVN);
  • Esperienza di lavoro in modalità Agile, su modelli Scrum e/o Kanban;
  • Buone capacità interpersonali, un forte orientamento all'obiettivo e alla qualità del software prodotto;
  • Capacità di lavoro in team, autonomia sui task assegnati;
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
