The Role - What We're Looking ForWe are seeking a highly skilled Cost Manager / Real Estate Analyst to join our team in Treviso, Italy. As part of our growth and expansion, we are looking for an individual who can provide technical due diligence and real estate advisory services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Due Diligence: Prepare and draft technical due diligence reports for existing buildings and new developments, analyzing cadastral, building, and urban planning documentation.
- Cost Management & Real Estate Advisory Services: Develop CapEx plans and budgets for new property developments or renovations, monitor project and construction costs, and prepare business plans and analysis of real estate investments.
- Requirements: Extensive expertise in urban planning analyses and feasibility studies, excellent technical knowledge of reference regulations and technical-administrative building and cadastral procedures, and good knowledge of the national real estate market and real estate investment types.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who can work independently and as part of a team. You should have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
