About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Qualification Engineer to join our team at Teva Pharmaceutical Industries. As a key member of our Engineering Department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage equipment and utilities requalification plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the qualification of new or modified equipment, utilities, and computerized systems to ensure their safe and effective operation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, MS&T, and Production, to develop validation master plans, standard operating procedures, and other GMP documents.
  • Analyze and conduct risk assessments to support Engineering projects and Maintenance activities.
  • Support the Maintenance Manager in reviewing preventive maintenance plans and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in training operators and other staff on qualification protocols and standard operating procedures.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in equipment and utilities qualification, with a strong understanding of GMP and GDP principles.
  • Knowledge of environmental, health, and safety principles and applicable local regulations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Fluency in English and Italian, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
