ASPP Specialist

Randstad Talent Selection is a specialized division in the search and selection of qualified professionals.

We are looking for an ASPP Specialist for a major company in Mantova.

The successful candidate will report to the RSPP and Plant Manager and be responsible for:

Training and Development: Manage training activities for personnel and implement the annual training plan.

Regulatory Compliance: Manage activities to collect information on the evolution of Italian and European regulations to maintain the company's SGS up-to-date.

Medical Competence: Manage relationships with the Medical Competent.

Waste Management: Fulfill obligations related to waste management and environmental issues.

Incident Analysis: Manage the analysis of incidents, near-misses, injuries, and near-injuries by collecting data on each event and elaborating the annual report.

HSE Area: Collaborate with the RSPP in HSE area tasks (DPI management, DUVRI drafting, SGS documentation preparation, update, and archiving).

Inspections: Collaborate with the RSPP in periodic inspections of workplaces, machines, and equipment, identifying potential risks and proposing improvement actions.

Maintenance: Manage, in collaboration with the plant management, ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, law checks, and equipment safety checks.

We are looking for an ASPP Specialist with the following requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree enabling the ASPP role or a technical degree with valid ASPP certification modules.

Knowledge: Good knowledge of HSE regulations and their application.

Skills: Excellent interpersonal, listening, analysis, and problem-solving skills.

Experience: Preferably previous experience in a medium-sized metalworking company.

Contract: Direct hire, indefinite contract, salary commensurate with experience.
