About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team at Binckbank. As a key member of our Finance department, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial accounting, reporting, and control in accordance with internal and external requirements and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Accounting and Reporting

Manage and maintain accurate and timely financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.

Cost Controlling and Budgeting

Develop and implement cost control measures to ensure efficient use of resources and support the yearly cost budget process.

Statutory Accounts and Regulatory Reporting

Prepare and submit annual statutory accounts and regulatory reports to local authorities and parent company.

Internal and External Audits

Act as the main point of contact for external and internal auditors, providing all required information for statutory and regulatory audit purposes.

Financial Analysis and Support

Provide financial support and analysis to all parts of the business, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Requirements
  • Education

University degree in Finance or equivalent education.

Experience

At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in Finance department in the banking and financial sector.

Skills

Knowledge of accounting principles IAS/IFRS, proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and strong analytical skills.

Language

Fluency in Italian and English required.
