Job Overview

As a Senior Digital Producer at LePub, you will be responsible for leading digital and innovative projects from conception to delivery. Your expertise will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital strategies across various domains, including IoT, innovation, and gaming.
  • Oversee the technical evaluation, cost estimation, and project timing, providing accurate and realistic project plans.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with the delivered projects.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and improvements within digital projects, staying abreast of the latest trends and technologies in the industry.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven work experience in digital production, with a strong understanding of IoT, innovation, and gaming.
  • Experience in technical evaluation, cost estimation, and project timing.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering digital and innovative projects.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Ideal bilingual Italian/English proficiency.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
