Job Title: HR Business Partner and HR Service Solution Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner and HR Service Solution Manager to join our team at Alti Profili in Parma. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance and support to our management functions, driving business results and effectiveness through HR strategies, and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Advise and support management functions on all people-related topics, including talent strategy, performance management, coaching, labor relations, compliance, and disciplinary matters.
  • Execute standards and implement HR processes to promote HR policies to all country personnel.
  • Define HR priorities in line with Group HR and country CEO goals, declining global HR Strategy to local organizational needs and targets.
  • Improve business results and effectiveness by promoting HR strategies and converting them into concrete actions.
  • Cooperate with other HR functions and stakeholders, including HQ HR team, regional CoEs, and local plants HR employees.
  • Implement the global Talent and Performance Management strategy and processes at country level, analyzing, reporting, and tracking KPIs.
  • Support and promote Total Rewards activities, advising and supporting management functions on Talent Acquisition and Training topics.
  • Support transformation and change processes, being an ambassador of the company values by integrating them into people practices.
Requirements:
  • A pro-active candidate with a strong awareness of compliance, policy, and regulation, experienced in planning, implementing, and acting strategies.
  • Ability to deal with stakeholders on different levels, with a focus on analysis and understanding of business needs.
  • Fluent English language skills and at least 7 years of experience in a cross-functional HR position within a multinational industrial environment.
  • Strong soft skills, including change management, continuous learning approach, effective communication, resiliency, inclusive mindset, self-organization, complexity management skills, team spirit, negotiation skills, and digital mindset.
